If you have purchased the wrong sized shoe, don't worry!
While we can't refund your purchase, we are happy to exchange any non sale items for the correct size. Just make sure they haven't been worn or damaged and are still in their original packaging.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your shoes to tell us that you need a different size and I will be able to provide you the return post address. If you can quote your order number it will help me find your details easily.
When you post back your items, please include an addressed prepaid return post bag and I will get the right size sent straight back to you.
We regret we can't cover the cost of shipping but as a small business we can't afford to absorb it. Thankyou for your understanding!

I do my best to check all items before I send them, but if you notice a defect I missed please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item and I will do my best to make it right. Don't forget to send a photo of the fault and your order number so I can easily help you.
