You can request a fabric that's not in my shop and the style of clothing can be varied slightly (length, trim, etc).  Click the 'contact us' tab to discuss your custom request. 

 

I will do my best!  Email me BEFORE putting in an order and I will let you know if it's possible, depending on my current work flow.

 

The answer is possibly.  Each country has their own threshold for import taxes and it can be changed it at any time.  Before you order from me please google your local postage provider to find out what the threshold is in your country.  Otherwise you could be charged an import tax on your order.  If you are charged such a tax the BUYER is responsible to pay it, not Oak and the Little Folk.  

 

Ready to ship items such as shoes will be posted within 1 - 2 business days for domestic orders and every Wednesday for overseas orders.

Handmade items take up to 2 weeks to make and be posted.

If you need an item for a certain date please contact me before buying so I can confirm I will be able to make it in time.

 

Items can take from 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Once your parcel reaches your country it will be handed to the local postage company.  This means you can contact your local post company directly for any enquires you have and they will be able to assist you. 

Please remember your parcel has to pass customs and other mail distribution centers before it arrives to your door.  It is very unlikely that a parcel will be lost, but it can be delayed.  If you have followed the steps above but are still concerned about where your parcel is please email me and I will look into it for you.
